Stay Order On T-Voter List Stuns KCR

Hyderabad High Court Today issued a stay order on the Voter List Notification that was supposed to be unveiled by the Election Commission on October 8th. This ruling was passed during the hearing of petitions complaining irregularities in the Telangana Voter List.
High Court directed the Election Commission to submit the draft of the voter list to it and the petitioners. Two out the four petitions filed on the flaws in voter list were rejected by HC. Next Hearing is going to be on October 8th.
4-Time MLA Marri Shashidhar Reddy moved a writ petition in Supreme Court complaining about 70 lakh bogus votes in Telangana. He even brought to the notice of Top Court that Early Polls deny the right to vote for 20 lakh new voters. SC asked the Petitioner to move the High Court first on this matter. An indication was given that HC have the authority to issue stay order on Early Polls. Now, The High Court passed the above ruling based on the petition regarding voter list. What happened Today might have certainly left KCR & Co., stunned. Will the latest development prevent Early Polls from happening?
