Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao kept receiving setbacks in the case related to the expulsion of T-Congress MLAs Komatireddy and Sampath Kumar. A Single Bench Judge hasn't only restored the Assembly Membership of two MLAs but also issued show-cause & contempt of court notice Speaker Madusudanachary, Law Secretary, Assembly Secretary and SPs for failing to implement it's order.
For the first time, KCR gained an upper hand in this matter. Telangana Government challenged the Single Judge Bench order and got a relief. A Division Bench of Hyd High Court issued a 2-month stay on the order restoring Assembly Memberships of Congress MLAs. Roping highly experienced Advocate Mukul Rohatgi worked in favour of TRS Government this time.
KCR has been contemplating on Early Polls by dissolving the Assembly. Which means, Komatireddy and Sampath Kumar will have no use in fighting the battle any longer. If elections happen in November or December, These Legislators won't be able to enter the Assembly unless they get elected again.
