High Court's Green Signal For Fast Track Court

The High Court gave a green signal for the establishment of fast track court for speedy judgment on the brutal gang-rape and murder of 27-year-old veterinarian Disha.
The Telangana Government has written a letter to the High Court requesting to set up a fast track court. To which the Court has responded positively and gave its nod.
The news of Disha's incident created an outrage across the nation and to serve justice without delay State Minister Indra Kiran Reddy wrote to High Court for Fast Track Court.
With the court giving the green signal the concerned officials have started to prepare for the set up of fast track court. It's not yet confirmed whether the new court will be set up in Mahabubnagar or Shad Nagar court will be used as a fast track court.
The government is very firm to make sure that the guilty are hanged to death in less than 45 days. To boos that fast track courts were set up.
Last week the government has set up a fast track court on the horrifying incident where culprit Praveen raped nine months old baby. The Court has ordered that the guilty should be hanged to death in 60 days after hearing the case.
