Huge Demand For Rs 2000 Notes In AP

During the election season, There will be huge demand for the high denomination notes. Needless to say how the situation in Andhra Pradesh, which is known for high election expenditure as per the statistics of EC, would be.
Latest Trend In AP: Currency Notes in denominations of 50, 100 and 500 have been converted into Rs 2,000 Notes. This is because majority of the Candidates are of the feeling that they won't win without bribing voters. In many constituencies, Voters aren't willing to vote for the candidate if they were paid at least Rs 2,000.
Most of the MLA/MP Candidates bribe Voters ahead of the polling to emerge victorious. While MLA Candidates of major parties spend close to Rs 15 crore or if not more, MP Candidates will have to be prepared to spend around Rs 60 crore. Distributing such huge amount is never going to be easy with higher denomination notes.
Since the past 10 days, Politicians have been exchanging lower denomination notes for obtaining higher denomination notes from all the available sources.
