Honorable President, Prime Minister Narendra Modi shares positive message for New Year

The troublesome year, which left a deadly impact on us has finally ended. The world bid a goodbye to the year and welcomed 2021. Unlike every year, this time the new year was welcomed without any celebrations given Covid-19 protocols.
Marking the occasion of New Year, the honorable President of India Ram Nath Kovind, Vice President Muppavarapu Venkaiah Naidu, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended their New Year wishes.
In his tweet, the first citizen of India called the new year an opportunity to have e fresh beginning and focus on individual development along with collective development.
"Happy New Year everyone! New Year provides an opportunity to make a fresh beginning and resolve for individual and collective development. Challenges arising out of COVID-19 situation strengthen our determination to move forward unitedly," President's tweet read.
Days before the year start, the honorable President shared a video of him jogging on a beach and shared a positive note to his post he shared on his Twitter handle.
"Wishing you a happy 2021! May this year bring good health, joy and prosperity. May the spirit of hope and wellness prevail," PM Modi tweeted.
2020 left a deadly impact on India with several industries and fields going through a tough time. Crores of Indians turned unemployed and the Indian economy entered a recession period.
