Comedian Turned MLA gets Doctorate

now representing Andole constituency from Telangana state as MLA conferred with honorary doctorate. He was conferred with the doctorate by Los Angeles based Harvest Bible International University.
The award was given to Babu Mohan with full honours at Ravindra Bharati yesterday and it was presented by Telangana state Major Irrigation Minister Harish Rao. Apart from Harish several bigwigs have attended the event. Medak district MP K Prabhakar Reddy and former DGP Swaranjit Sen also presented at the event.
Babu Mohan is known for his performance in several tollywood movies and he forayed into politics with the Telugu Desam Party under the leadership of late NT Rama Rao. He also served as social welfare minister. In 2014 he joined TRS and won the elections from Andole constituency.
