Hours After Getting Released, Nutan Naidu's Wife Arrested Again

The much talked about assault and tonsuring incident of a 20-year-old Dalit in Visakhapatnam in August created a sensation across the state. Based on the victim's complaint, seven people were arrested.
Seven people, including former Big Boss contestant N. Nutan Naidu and his wife Madhu Priya, were arrested in connection with this head tonsuring case.
Yesterday, she was released after the court granted her bail. Surprisingly, hours after getting released, she was arrested again reportedly.
According to some media reports, Nutan Naidu's wife allegedly extracted a sum of Rs 25 lakh rupees from a resident of East Godavari on the pretext of giving jobs. Hearing the case, the court issued directives to send her to the remand. She will be in remand till October 20.
Nutan Naidu, who is accused of tonsuring the head of a Dalit youth and assaulting him is also facing allegations of cheating people by posing himself as IAS officers and government officials.
