Former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Mulayam Singh Yadav is now more as he breathed his last earlier today. He also served as the Defense Minister in the past. Whenever his topic comes usually his work-related things on the achievements he made in politics pop up.
But his personal life also has some interesting issues. Earlier he and his son Akhilesh Yadav had an alleged fight a few years back before the 2017 election. In the elections, the Samajwadi Party could not make it to power. Later the issues between the son and father were sorted out.
Mulayam Singh Yadav is not only a good politician, but he also managed his personal life. No one knew about his second marriage until he disclosed it in a petition filed with the Supreme Court. Before the elections, he shared the details with the Court.
Mulayam Singh tied the knot with Sadhana Gupta in 2003. Interestingly, it was a second marriage for both. Sadhana Gupta was a divorcee when he met Yadav. It is said that Sadhana Gupta took good care of Mulayam Singh's mother. This made Mulayam Singh fall head over heels for Sadhana Gupta.
Despite having a big age group of around twenty years, they both got married and had a son together. Their son was named Prateek Yadav. Sadhana passed away earlier this year, unfortunately.
Before he disclosed the details of his second wife in the Supreme Court, no one knew about that. Though the family had some internal issues, the news did not come out until he announced the same.
