How did Modi wish Team India for World Cup 2015?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi took sometime from his busy schedule on Thursday to wish the Indian Cricket Team ahead of ICC World Cup 2015. "As the 2015 Cricket World Cup begins, my best wishes to the Indian Cricket Team. ???? ??? ??, ?????? ?? ??? ??? ??!," he wrote.
