How Dileep received Heroine's MMS?

As per Special Investigation Team, Malayalam Actor Dileep asked Pulsar Suni to take the nude pictures and film the sexual assault of the Actress who played a key role in his separation with ex-wife Manju Warrior by leaking his affair with Kavya Madhavan. How did the Hero receive MMS from the Prime Accused?
Reportedly, Pulsar Suni offered the nude clip to his former Lawyer Pratheesh Chacko at his Ernakulam Office. Following which, The Advocate passed the mobile phone used to record the assault to a VIP. Then, the VIP handed over nude video to Dileep.
Pratheesh Chacko was the Lawyer of Pulsar Suni initially. He, however, had been replaced after Cops found his role in the case.
SIT has been monitoring the moments of VIP since sometime. That individual will be questioned soon.
Meanwhile, Pratheesh Chacko informed SIT through a Senior Lawyer that he would fully cooperate with the investigation if assurance is given that he willn't be arrested. Kerala High Court which cancelled the bail plea of Chacko asked him to appear before SIT on Thursday.
