How KVP's sudden entry left Congress seniors shocked?

One big surprise at the Gandhi Bhavan during the recent visit of senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh was the sudden entry of former Rajya Sabha MP and YSR's best buddy KVP Ramachandra Rao. He was not among those invited to meet Diggie Raja to discuss anti-Revanth Reddy activities of the seniors.But not only did he come unannounced, but KVP held a one-on-one with Diggie Raja for well over two hours. This left everyone bewildered and shocked. What transpired at the meeting is unknown. But, seniors feel that KVP had come only to bail out Revanth Reddy, who is facing a barrage of criticism from the seniors.

Expectedly, soon after meeting KVP, Diggie Raja changed his tune. Even while sympathizing with the seniors, he firmly backed Revanth Reddy's appointment. He said that there was nothing wrong in making a young leader the PCC leader. Many seniors feel that KVP's meeting may have changed Digvijay Singh's mood.

For now, it is clear that Revanth Reddy's position has only become stronger. The seniors feel that KVP, who essentially is an Andhraite, has unnecessarily been dabbling in Telangana politics and is muddying the already muddied waters. They feel that he has been employed by Revanth Reddy to help him wriggle out of a tough situation.
