How Modi & Co. cheated Andhrites yet again?

Centre neither granted Special Category Status nor Special Package for Andhra Pradesh. All the hopes of Andhrites were ruined with the press conference of Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley who kept saying Centre will fulfill all the promises of AP Reorganisation Act 2014 and offer financial assistance to the state.
Since four days, There is strong buzz about Special Package announcement and a section of Media even reported Rs 1.5 lakh crore will be granted to AP. Allocations were expected for Revenue Deficit, Railway Zone, Tax Exemptions, AP Capital Construction and Industrial Corridors.
Then Finance Minister Chidambaram made an announcement on bifurcation of AP at 11 PM. Again at 11 PM on Wednesday, Arun Jaitley made it clear Special Status willn't be sanctioned at any cost and only required assistance will be provided based on recommendations of 14th Finance Commission & Niti Aayog.
Today, The assurances given to AP have been placed on Central Government Website. Having a look at it, One can realize that there is anything new or special about Arun Jaitley's announcement. The injustice has invited the wrath of Seemandhra People and they might come on roads after Tomorrow's public meeting at Kakinada by Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan.
