How much AP & TS lost due to petrol prices?

The prices of Petrol and diesel were decreases drastically in past few months and consumers were happy with that.But it turned as big headache for state governments and it hampers the income of both telugu states.As per the reports Telangana and Andhra Pradesh state governments lost 500 crores and 700 crores in form of VAT (Value Added Tax)
The price of petrol and diesel dipped drastically from August.Petrol has dipped from Rs 80.41 and it was now 67.02 and diesel was dipped from Rs 63.04 to Rs 55.02.If we go by the current prices Telangana going to loss 1500 crores for the financial year 2014-15 where as AP going to suffer loss of 2000 crores.
Talasani Srinivas who recently took charge as Commercial Taxes minister said that the government will look for other options to generate income.
