How Party Councillors Taught A Lesson To Their MLA

Dissent is brewing in the TRS in many constituencies. The local leaders are getting deeply upset over the behavior of some of the MLAs and are rearing to teach them a lesson that shakes them to the core. The local leaders have already taught a lesson to Choppadandi MLA Sunke Ravishankar.
Ravi Shankar is a first time MLA, but has been behaving in the most autocratic manner possible. He is not consulting his workers and local leaders on any matter. Recently when the election for the cooption members was to take place in Choppadandi municipality, one expected him to talk to the local leaders. Instead, he put forth a list of nominees and said they should be elected. This has incensed the councilors to no end. They decided to put up a rival panel and defeat the MLA's panel. When the votes were counted, all the candidates of the MLA were defeated fair and square.
The real shock was to come later. A sulking and shocked MLA was made to give away the certificate to the winning cooption members in the presence of the triumphant councilors. The MLA can neither take the issue to the TRS bosses not vent his anger on the councilors. Last heard. The MLA is now suing for peace with the councilors.
