How Pawan twisted his words on Manifesto?

During 2014 Polls, Pawan Kalyan claimed he believes TDP and BJP would fulfill all the promises made in the election manifesto.
Four years later, Jana Sena Chief says it's near impossible to implement all the promises in manifesto. 'In such cases, Leaders need to be honest enough to admit it. They promised Special Status and had gone back. Don't they have the responsibility to explain people why it can't be done? If the Rulers can't do so, They don't have the right to ask for votes,' he asserts.
Was Pawan Kalyan unaware of the fact that all promises of manifesto can't be fulfilled when he campaign in 2014? If he is aware of it, why did Jana Sena Supremo project Manifesto like a sacred thing?
If he really wishes to know about the drought situation, Pawan Kalyan should speak to Opposition Parties rather than visiting the houses of Ruling Party Leaders. When will Jana Sena find solutions for never-ending problems in Anantapur?
