How Women Tourists land in Rajasthan Jail?

An air balloon adventure landed two tourists in Rajasthan jail on Tuesday. Apparently, The two women were journalists from West Indies and they were now on a vacation in India.
Actually, The women has taken off from Pushkar near Ajmer. However, The balloon operator lost control because of the strong winds and finally ended up in Ajmer jail. Luckily, there was no arrest.
The women who were sisters and in their early 20s landed on the football field of the jail and all the prisoners were in their barracks at the time. After two hours of grilling, Prison Authorities had left the two tourists free. An FIR has been filed against the company that's been operating the hot-air balloons for unlawful entry into the prison and even the license has been cancelled.
