As a major data breach, a Cyber Security firm has found out that credit card details of nearly 10 lakh customers and employees of Domino's India have been leaked reportedly.

Alon Gal, CTO of security firm Hudson Rock, has claimed that the database of Domino’s India has been subjected to hacking, and data worth 13 terabytes was leaked on the Dark Web.

The leaked data comprises 180,000,000 order details containing names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, payment details of one million credit cards. According to Hudson Rock, the hackers want to sell the total data to a single buyer and the total database was priced at near $550,000.

"Threat actor claiming to have hacked Domino's India (@dominos) and stealing 13TB worth of data. Information includes 180,000,000 order details containing names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, payment details, and a whopping 1,000,000 credit cards," Alon Gun tweet reads.

Domino's India has stepped in to issue a clarification on the data leak. In the statement, the Pizz Delivery chain said no personal data of any person was leaked and maintained that not storing financial details or credit card details is the company policy.

"Jubilant FoodWorks experienced an information security incident recently. No data pertaining to financial information of any person was accessed and the incident has not resulted in any operational or business impact. As a policy we do not store financial details or credit card data of our customers, thus no such information has been compromised. Our team of experts is investigating the matter, and we have taken necessary actions to contain the incident," master franchise for Domino's Pizza in India, Jubilant FoodWorks said in a statement.
