Hyd Cops arrest new gangs over Drug menace!

Drug abuse is a big threat to society with young minds drawn towards the habit. In the intoxication, they often end up doing crimes and spoil their lives and career. The drug rackets are being busted in various parts of the country. The rackets often have links to other countries and nationals.
The Hyderabad Police Department is dealing with the drugs abuse with an iron fist and unearthing rackets and taking them into their custody. Recently, a racket was busted selling drugs to college students.
Days after busting the racket, more gangs that are into the drug business were arrested. Confirming the arrest, Hyderabad commissioner of police CV Anand addressed the media and said that the arrested gangs have customers from various sections like students, employees, and others.
The CP said that, despite warnings, a few students did not change their behavior and the cops had to arrest them. Talking about the way the students and employees procure the drugs, the cop boss said that they are using the darknet and got caught up at the end.
The Police Commissioner went on to say that, the news of students getting arrested was informed to the concerned college management. He also said that the employees who were arrested are IT employees and hold good positions.
