Hyderabad Metro Rail made headlines for all the wrong reasons once again. Few days ago, A 24-Year-Old Woman died after a sharp-edged piece of plaster fell off from the surface wall of the Ameerpet Station. Yet another accident took place even before public could forget that tragedy.
Compartment on top of the Metro Door has fallen on the Passengers at the Khairatabad Metro Station. Passengers got hold of the compartment until the train reached LB Nagar to prevent any further damage. Metro Authorities has been holding repair work at Chaitanyapuri while the Rail was on its way to Miyapur.
Fortunately, A major disaster has been averted. Passengers were terrified to witness such an unexpected development happening during the peak hours. They breathed a sigh of relief after reaching the next station without any casualties.
