Hyd Omicron positive patient who went missing was caught

After cracking down the moments of the missing Somalia man, the Hyderabadcops have caught hold of him. Going by the protocols, he was shifted to the medical facility.
Anjani Kumar, IPS, the Hyderabad Police Commissioner held a press meet today to announce the news of cracking down the missing Somalia national. The CP said he was shifted to Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences for treatment.
One Abdullahi Ahmed Nur, a Somalian national who recently reached Hyderabad was shifted to a hospital. However, he had escaped from the hospital. The cops swung into action and tracked down his moments and caught him near the Paramount Colony in Banjara Hills.
Now the concerned officials are searching for the close contacts of the Somalia man. Once they are identified, they will be tested for Covid. If the test reports come back positive, they will also be shifted to the quarantine facility.
The Somalia nation is one of the two Omicron cases that were detected on Wednesday. Besides him, a 25-year-old woman who returned from Kenya recently was infected with the new variant.
