The Hyderabad Task Force Police made a big breakthrough in dealing with the drug menace with an iron fist as a rave party was busted earlier this week. After raiding a posh hotel in Banjara Hills, more than 140 members were detained by the cops. The issue had caught the attention of the whole nation and made many heads turn.

As per the information, the Task Force Department had revealed the details mentioned in the remand report. The details say that the raid at the Radisson Blu hotel's Pudding and Mink pub was held upon receiving credible information that drug abuse is being done. Based on the info, the Task Force jumped into the task.

It is alleged that the substance seized by the cops at the time of the raid was confirmed as Cocaine. Besides small packets of drugs, the cops have also seized a few electronic gadgets that helped them in cracking down on the case easily.

The seized substance which is around 5 grams was confirmed as Cocaine as the lab which had tested the substance said teh same. The substance was recovered from the Manager's cabin. This made the cops suspicious that there might be a big gang behind this as straws also had a few traces of drugs.

The crackdown on drug abuse had turned intense in Hyderabad after an Engineering student had breathed his life reportedly due to the overuse of drugs. After this issue came to the notice of the cops, they have started to dig more details on drug abuse.

With the Task Force putting special vigilance on the drug abuse, information on the rave party in Banjara Hills reached the notice of the cops. A few Task Force constables have done recce at the pub and took a note of what is going on inside the establishment.

After cross-checking the information, the Task Police personnel had raided the place during the early hours of Sunday and detained around 150 people. The detained people include Niharika Konidela and singer Rahul Sipliganj. The issue was all over the media and the sensation around the issue is still intact.
