Hyderabad faring well in Property Business than other cities!

The metro cities in the country are seeing transactions at an encouraging level these days.
However, the Telangana capital city Hyderabad is doing better compared to other cities like the national capital Delhi and IT Capital Bangalore. A recent survey conducted by a leading property consultancy had found out that Hyderabad is faring better than other cities.
Leading real estate services company ANAROCK Property Consultants in its survey had found out that people in Hyderabad are showing more interest in the transactions than the other cities.
In the third quarter of the financial year, as many as 6,735 houses were sold out in Hyderabad which is quite high compared to the previous financial year, where 1,650 houses were sold This translates to a rise of over 300 percent. Mumbai recorded a growth of 128 percent by selling 20,965 houses.
Looking at the other major cities, Tamil Nadu capital Chennai and Pune have recorded a growth of 113 percent and 100 percent respectively. The cities stood at third and fourth positions in the list. On the other hand, cities like Kolkata(99), Delhi(97), Bangalore(58) recorded a growth rate of less than 100 percent.
The survey said that the dynamics of the property sales have also changed with people showing interest to buy homes that are within the limit of Rs 80 lakh to Rs 1 crore. Houses between Rs 40 lakhs and Rs 1.50 crore were sold mostly in the third quarter in the pearl city Hyderabad.
