Another 20 US-bound Telugu students were stopped at Chicago airport by the immigration officials recently and they are being sent back to India. In a shocking revelation a girl student from Hyderabad who was sent back by United States authorities has alleged that she was handcuffed and locked up by immigration officials there at an airport.

The woman explained her ordeal at the port of entry. She said "I was supposed to take a flight from Dallas to San Jose to get admission for an MBA programme at the Silicon Valley University. Immigration officials and stopped me at Port of Entry and asked me to go back to India as joining such a university would spoil. Not stopping with that officials handcuffed me along with a few other Indian students. They made us to wear a uniform and put us in a cell with other offenders for over nine hours" she recalled the horrific experience.

Due to the immigration problem that arose last week for the first time nearly 100 students were already sent back. As per reports Mostly students from Telugu states are facing immigration rejection problem as they lack basic skills to answer the queries by officials.
