Why Hyderabad is better than Bezawada?

In terms of Cost-of Living, Hyderabad is much better than Bezawada by any standards particularly after Amaravati was announced as the New Capital of AP.
Government Employees who migrated to Vijayawada and it's surrounding areas have been facing lot of hardships because of the high rentals. The situation hasn't changed much even after CM Chandrababu Naidu cautioned House Owners once in a while.
At least Rs 16,000 per Month is being charged on an average for 2BHK Flats in Vijayawada. Even if it's outskirts, Rents are in range of Rs 10,000 to 15,000.
As per an estimate, Population in Vijayawada increased to 14 lakh after AP Capital announcement. Around 80% of the people living here are either poor or middle class. How could they survive if the costs are on a higher side? It's the responsibility of Government to keep a check on the rising prices.
