Hyderabad is Second Best in IT Exports

Telangana state has seen some of the most chaotic period over the last five years. There were several protests and agitations in the region and many expected that it will have a severe impact on the Software industry .But nothing like it happened and the royal city once again showed its power in software exports.
Hyderabad has crossed another milestone in the field of IT and it overtook Chennai and Pune in and stood second in the IT exports. As usual Indian silicon valley Banglore shows its domination in exports.According to the data of 2013-14, Bangalore has 31% exports followed by Hyderabad at 12% and Chennai and Pune at a close 11 and 10% respectively.
Other major cities like Mumbai, Gurgaon and Noida registered 8, 7 and 6% worth exports respectively. Telangana IT minister KTR, talking to newsmen, said that city-wise Hyderabad is 2nd after Bangalore in the country. State-wise, he said, Telangana is in 4th position.
The IT industry experts are saying that the performance of Hyderabad is the best in this segment and felt that it keeps going in the similar manner in the days to come.
