Hyderabad Metro To Extend Timings, To Permit Drinkers On New Year Eve

The Hyderabad Metro Rail Department said that they have taken a decision to allow the drunk passengers on the train, as it is just only for one day.
Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited managing director said that the drunk passengers will be allowed to travel on the metro on the New Year eve and strict action will be taken against those who cause trouble to other passengers. The Metro authorities have also decided to run the trains till 1 am on New Year's eve.
The police have issued traffic advisories for the night of December 31. The Outer Ring Road and PVNR Express Way will be closed for light motor vehicles bound to the airport will be allowed, from 11 pm to 5 am.
