Hyd People use boats for Transport

The heavy downpour in Hyderabad on Monday night led to flooding in the streets. After the water from Ramanthapur lake began flowing into the residential areas, People began using boats for transport.
Situation is no different in rest of the areas in GHMC. Rains have damaged roads very badly and created countless potholes. Traffic Jams for hours has been worrying the people more than anything else.
Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a warning that there will heavy rainfall in Hyderabad on Tuesday and Wednesday as well.
GHMC Officials have been monitoring the situation from time to time. All the precautionary measures were taken to lower the inconvenience caused to the people.
