Hyd Police Set New Rules: Friendly Policing?

TRS Government keeps talking about the Friendly Policing of Cops in the Telangana State. Whereas, The actual reality is different from what's been conveyed in the form of statements.
Hyderabad City Police introduced a set of rules which give an altogether different meaning for 'Friendly Policing'. A Board was placed before a Police Station asking civilians to leave their footwear outside before entering the premises.
Another surprising rule is being followed in few police stations. Just hours after police commissioner spoke about using technology to control crime rate, Civilians were asked to switch off their mobile while entering into the police station.
Recently, A Video of Cops bashing Rowdy Sheeter Thannu in police station went viral. Even the footage of Additional DCP kicking Short Film Director Yogi with shoes has been widely circulated. To protect themselves, Cops have introduced such a rule.
