We are not saying this but the expert opined this, after long studies. Delhi is facing air pollution crisis and Mumbai, Chennai have extreme weather problems while Chennai has water issues.
Bengaluru is facing issues with instability in state politics and Ahmedabad, Pune are too congested to have an inclusive growth in those areas.
Hyderabad is developing rapidly and Government is introducing schemes like "Look East" to improve business conditions in Eastern side of the city.
Real Estate is facing huge problems with economical slowdown but soon the city is expected to recover from the crisis and flourish better than any other city.
There is a good chance to improve the facilities and introduce 15,000 new job opportunities in various fields over next 5 years in the city.
Hence, the experts are asking government to look at introducing new architectural design reforms to live upto global standards and also introduce double decker fly-overs, trams to improve connectivity all over the city to near-by suburban areas, as well.
