By: Tupaki Desk | 24 Nov 2019 8:32 AM GMTIndian Metropolitan cities are facing concerns with rise in pollution levels but one city is planning it all out well to emerge as the best - Hyderabad.
We are not saying this but the expert opined this, after long studies. Delhi is facing air pollution crisis and Mumbai, Chennai have extreme weather problems while Chennai has water issues.
Bengaluru is facing issues with instability in state politics and Ahmedabad, Pune are too congested to have an inclusive growth in those areas.
Hyderabad is developing rapidly and Government is introducing schemes like "Look East" to improve business conditions in Eastern side of the city.
Real Estate is facing huge problems with economical slowdown but soon the city is expected to recover from the crisis and flourish better than any other city.
There is a good chance to improve the facilities and introduce 15,000 new job opportunities in various fields over next 5 years in the city.
Hence, the experts are asking government to look at introducing new architectural design reforms to live upto global standards and also introduce double decker fly-overs, trams to improve connectivity all over the city to near-by suburban areas, as well.
In between January to September 2019 period, Hyderabad was able to attract 190 Million Dollars as PE Investments. 13,361 houses have been sold in the time period and 40 Lakhs square yards of Office spaces have been part of various transactions. Even rents for office spaces have increased by 9%.
This all indicates good work of Government of Telangana to actively improve the living conditions in Hyderabad and experts are asking to plan with future in sight to not lose the momentum at all.
