Excise Department Seized Resign Sky Bar In Hyderabad

After the opening of pubs and bars in the country, liquor lovers are flocking to the bars again neglecting coronavirus regulations. Recently, a video went viral on social media in which people were seen not wearing any masks and flouting physical distancing norms. This incident happened at Resign Sky bar at Gachiblowli in Hyderabad.
The police booked the pub management for not following the Standard Operating Procedures as laid down by the police.
A case has been registered under Section 31 (1), 41, AP Excise Rules, Telangana Excise Rules 2005 under Rules 33, 38 under Bar Owners No. 36/2020.
The Excise department has sealed and cancelled the bar licence of the establishment under section 31 of the Telangana State Excise Act.
