Rajini injured due to heavy rush & blood!

Please, Don't jump into conclusion! The Rajini we mentioned here is the elephant which is the centre of attraction during the Muharram procession in Hyderabad.

There was a heavy rush for the procession, blood on the roads due to Khooni Matam and people were reciting verses at high pitch along the procession route. These two factors made Rajini believe it could be a threat and tried to move away quickly. Eventually, The shakles tied to her legs got dug into the skin and ended up hurting itself.

Luckily, The Mahout's presence of mind in controlling the animal has averted a major disaster. Else, People infront of the elephant could have been in big danger.

Official of Nehru Zoological Park say Rajini was offered necessarily medical care and the animal should be fine after few days of rest.
