I wrote Pokiri in 5 Days
By: Tupaki Desk | 31 Jan 2014 5:17 AM GMTPuri Jagannath is one of the very few directors who prefer writing scripts for all of his films instead of taking the help of other writers in the Industry. He also enoys writing more than directing films.
For the past 10 Years, Puri made it a habit to write his scripts at beach-side hotel 'A1' in Pattaya. The staff at the hotel knew each and every family member of Puri by name.
Puri Jagannath have a very short attention span and that's the reason why he completes the script work of all of his films in less than 15 days. For Pokiri, he took just 5 days. Coming to to his new release Heart Attack, the amount of time spent on it's script is two weeks. The crazy director writes the scenic order at first and then tries to pen the dialogues.
The idea of making a love story on a Hippie struck his mind when he met few of such people while shooting for his last release Iddarammyilatho in Spain.
