Recent Bollywood outing 'The Kashmir File' which had sent shocking waves due to various reasons like falling into the political arena with politicians supporting and opposing it continues to do the same. An IAS officer is facing the heat over his tweets on the hit film.

Going into detail, an IAS officer had expressed his views on the film and raised a demand that a film on the issues faced by Muslims across the country should be made. His tweets made the government angry and the government is gearing up to take action against him.

It is said that the Bharatiya Janata Party ruled Madhya Pradesh took a serious note of the IAS officer's tweets on the film and the government might slap him with a show-cause notice.

The media reports quoted a Cabinet Minister as saying that the IAS officer making tweets is not a small issue and he had crossed the limits. For this, he might attract a show-cause notice and the government wants to know his reply.

The IAS officer, who is facing the music, is identified as Niyaz Khan. He holds the Deputy Secretary post in the Public Works Department. Saying that the film shed light on the pain faced by the Brahmins, he also said that a movie that traces the killings of Muslims in various states should be made.

"Kashmir File shows the pain of Brahmins. They should be allowed to live safely in Kashmir with all honour. The producer must also make a movie to show the killings of large number of Muslims across several states. Muslims are not insects but human beings and citizens of country," the IAS officer tweeted.

"Income of Kashmir Files reached 150 crore. Great. People have given a lot of respect for Kashmiri Brahmins' feelings.I would respect film producer to transfer all earnings to the Brahmin childrens education and construction of homes for them in Kashmir. It will be a great charity," Niyaz Khan said in another tweet.

After the IAS officer made a series of tweets on his thoughts on the film, he had started to face the music from various corners. Several people had sought the sacking of the IAS officer. With the issue reaching the notice of the Madhya Pradesh government, the government is said to have taken the decision.
