If My Daughter Loses, Nobody Trusts EVMs!

Sharad Pawar's Daughter Supriya Sule is aiming for a hat-trick win as MP from Baramati Constituency. The recent statement of NCP Chief is something very illogical and really funny. Mr.Pawar declared, 'People lose faith on democracy if My Daughter faces defeat in Baramati. Nobody trusts EVMs if Supriya Sule faces defeat in this election'.
BJP offered a befitting reply by questioning who introduced the EVMs, pointing out that it was done by the Congress which is an ally of NCP. 'If UPA wins 200-plus seats, EVMs are fine. If not, EVMs are tampered. What kind of logic is this?,' questions the Saffron Party.
Similarities between the approach of Chandrababu Naidu and Sharad Pawar is evident here. TDP Supremo hasn't complained about EVMs when TDP won 2014 elections and Nandyal by-polls. He, however, complains about EVM Tampering in 2019 elections.
It looks like Opposition is preparing ground for defending themselves after the announcement of results on May 23rd. Will Babu and Pawar continue to say EVMs are tampered even if TDP and UPA emerge victorious?
