Leading Business Schools in the country have been focusing on making Younger Generation grow as business leaders with ethics & corporate social responsibility after several scams involving businessmen were exposed in the recent years.
The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), be it SPJIMR Mumbai or XLRI Jamshedpur, are coming up with new courses based on the scams involving Vijay Mallya and Nirav Modi. These courses are aimed at ethics and corporate governance to bring a positive change in the society.
Earlier, IIMB Courses would be on Laws, Shareholder Wealth Maximisation and Compensation Structures. But now, More attention is being paid on ethical practices for longer sustainability. Shaping Young Minds & encourage them take the right decision at right time is high on the agenda.
Scams involved by Vijay Mallya and Nirav Modi has tarnished the image of India globally. Union Government is yet to complete their extradition because of the inter-country issues.
