Emergency Declared In Delhi Due To Pollution

US Embassy Website declared Fine Pollutants known as PM2.5 which are considered very harmful reached 703 in Delhi on an average. That's more than double that of 300 which Authorities term as dangerous. So, One can understand how worse the situation has turned out.
Air Quality Index - 999 ppm in Punjab Bhag, 852 ppm in RK Puram, 420 ppm in Dilshad Garden and 319 ppm in Anand Vihar.
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal asked Education Minister Manish Sisodia to shut down the schools for few days.
In 2014, World Health Organisation ranked Delhi as the World's Most Polluted Capital.
