Sheena Bora case: CBI names 3 People as Accused!

CBI which is investigating the sensational Sheena Bora case has named Indrani Mukherjea, her second husband Sanjeev Khanna and driver Shyamwar Rai as accused in FIR.
Mahrashtra Government transferred the Sheena Bora case from Mumbai police to CBI to ensure an impartial probe into the brutal murder and money transactions between the accused. A case was booked under Sections 120-B, 302, 307, 364, 201, 201, 202 of Indian Penal Code and Section 2(25) of Arms Act.
Sheena Bora was murdered by Indrani Mukherjea, Sanjeev Khanna and Shyamwar Rai on April 24th, 2012. The trio later burnt her body and disposed her remains in the forests in Raigad district. During the interrogation, Mumbai Police came to know that Sheena Bora and her Brother Rahul were too greedy for money. Sheena used to blackmail Indrani Mukherjea saying she would reveal to Peter Mukherjea (Indrani's 3rd Husband & Former Star India CEO) that she isn't Indrani's sister but daughter from her First Husband. Finally, Indrani decided to get rid of Sheena and Rahul with the help of her second husband and driver. She did manage to kill Sheena but Rahul was lucky to escape multiple murder attempts.
