World's Fattest Woman weighs 500 kilos

Iman Ahmad Abdulati is believed to be the World's Fattest Woman as she weighs around 500 kgs. The 36-Year-Old Egyptian Woman hasn't left her home since 2-and-a-half-decades due to her over weight.
Abdulati could neither move out of her bed nor roll on it. It was her Mother and Sister who would help her with daily chores like cleaning, changing clothes and serving food. She had to drop out of school to the excess weight.
Apparently, Abdulati was diagnosed with Elephantiasis which results in a parasite infection causing abnormal swelling of body parts. Her body stores more water than what was required for a normal human being.
