Former Pakistan Skipper Imran Khan is all set to fulfill his dream. Yes, He could be the next Prime Minister of Pakistan as per the election results announced Today.
Imran Khan floated Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf with the goal to be Pak PM. He opposed Islamic Terrorism and Corruption initially. After the shocking defeat in 2013 Polls, There was a lot of change in him. Imran Khan moved close to Pakistan Army. Even few Terrorist Organisations extended support to him. There is a possibility of the Ex-Cricketer acting according to the directions given by Army.
During the poll campaigning, Imran Khan alleged India has been targeting the Pakistan Army and former PM Nawaz Sharif has been siding with India.
Former Indian High Commissioner Raghavan made it clear Imran Khan can't be what Nawaz Sharif, who had a vision on how the relations should be between the two nations, is for India. He feels Imran Khan might opt for a coalition government if he doesn't get the support of sufficient number of independents to form the Government.
Imran Khan might continue anti-India stand even after becoming the Prime Minister. This is gonna be a new headache for India.
