India close to Russia again

In the BRICS summit Prime minister Narendra Modi had a talk with Russian president Wadlimer Putin. During this meeting they had discussed on the co-operation on terror issues, trading and investments. In early 70's Russia was an closest alloy to India either in defence or investment sector. Slowly India moved towards America where it found growth opportunities. Even on the defence and IT sector US become close ally, but in the recent incidents which make India uncomfortable either in Kashmir or Visa issues.

Now in the recent elections BJP has formed the government and it changed its stand on US and its targeted on the strong relationship with Russia to get advance in the technology world.
