India's first test tube baby now a mother

On Monday the same doctors assisted that test tube baby, now a 29-year-old Harsha Shah, to give birth to a healthy boy.
India's first test tube baby Harsha Chawda is now turned as proud mother. 29 year old Chawda has given birth to a healthy baby boy on Monday morning. She gave birth to a boy after a caesarean section at Jaslok Hospital in Mumbai. Doctors confirmed that both mother and child are in good condition.
Harsha Chawda, was born On 6 August, 1986 in Mumbai and she was the first test tube baby of indi. Shah was born with the aid of assisted reproduction technology and she conceived naturally within months of her marriage. Hardha husband Divyapal is excited to be a father. He said, "I am very happy and can't wait to take Harsha and the baby to our home."
The doctors who performed cesarean for the Harsha reminds the day of Harsha's delivery and said that it was a medical marvel at that time. They added that the delivery of Harsha was significant and encouraging for couples looking to try in vitro fertilization (IVF) for conceiving.
