Team India led by skipper Virat Kohli made India one of the best teams in the world. Virat men are claiming victory on home pitches and foreign pitches as well. India's victory in Border-Gavaskar Trophy and against England in India are examples of this.

After crushing England with 3-1, India is all set to take on the English team. The five-match T20 series will kickstart today. All five T20 matches will be played at the newly named Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

India is going for the T20 series as favorites. Virat men are expected to repeat the Test series result in the short format too. The return of Hardik Pandya and Swing King Bhuvneshwar Kumar makes the team even stronger.

Taking the Ahmedabad pitch, the T20 series also expected to be low run score affairs. The pitch favors spin bowlers a lot and the seekers might also play a crucial role if they can get a bounce from the pitch.

India and England are going into the series with full forces to make their players adoptive for the conditions here. The reason for this is, India is hosting the 2021 ICC Men's T20 World Cup and Ahmedabad stadium will host the final match.

The English team is unarguably the best team in the shorter format and the world champions in the limited overs. The series will be a competition between the two best teams that won seven series each with losing.

The Indian batting lineup is looking strong with the likes of opener Rohit Sharma, captain Virat Kohli, Gabba hero Rishabh Pant, K.L. Rahul, Shreyas Iyer, and Suryakumar Yadav. Suryakumar Yadav is making an Indian debut.

Captain Eoin Morgan-led English team too looks strong with players like Ben Stokes, who can contribute to the team with ball and bat. Jos Buttler, Jason Roy, Moeen Ali, and Jonny Bairstow, and Dawid Malan can steal the match from India on their day.
