India Reports Highest Single-Day Cases Of Pandemic

As of now, the total cases in India zoomed to 380,532, while the total fatalities in India rose to 12,573, with 336 fresh casualties reported in the past 24 hours.
The only good thing is that to date, more than 2 lakh patients of the pandemic were recovered. This translates to over 52% of the total pandemic cases in the country.
Maharashtra, Delhi, Tamil Nadu reported a sharp rise in cases in the past 24 hours. While Maharashtra reported 3,752 fresh cases and 100 deaths in the past 24 hours, Delhi and Tamil Nadu reported 2,877 and 2,141 cases respectively.
These three states are the worst-hit states in the country with the pandemic and they account for around 80% of the total cases in India.
Andhra Pradesh reported rapid growth of cases on Thursday with 425 fresh cases which take the toll of the cases to 7,496, while the death toll rose to 92 with two fatalities reported in the past 24 hours.
On the other hand, 352 fresh cases were reported in Telangana and the total cases rose to 6027. With three fresh casualties, the total fatalities of the pandemic increased to 195.
