India should win T20 WC for Kohli: Suresh Raina

Former Indian player Suresh Riana gave a message to the Indian National cricket team for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2021 tournament, which is to win the trophy for captain Virat Kohli. Raina gave his observations in his message to the squad.
In a column, Suresh Riana opined that the ongoing T20 World Cup is likely to be the last tournament for him as the skipper and for this, the Indian players should win the World Cup for Virat Kohli. Indian players have the advantage of playing in UAE for the IPL.
As the conditions in UAE are similar to that of India and Pakistan, we have a clear advantage here. Banking on this, we should win the trophy. The momentum is with India and the players are also in the best form. Having said that, Suresh Raina had cautioned India to be aware of other teams.
There are other good teams in the tournament like Pakistan, Australia, and England. We have to be careful as anything can happen in the game. If the top three players shine then India will shine. If Rohit, KL Rahul, and Virat remain in the crease for 15 overs then the momentum will turn towards India, he said.
Suresh Raina said that players like Rishabh Pant, Hardik Pandya, and Varun Chakravarthy are the key players for the team. Citing the possible changes in the UAE pitches, Suresh Raina said Varun can change the game despite having less experience.
