India Surpassed China In Fatalities

In the past 24 hours, India reported 265 fatalities which is the highest surge. This takes the toll of the total fatalities in the country to 4971. With this India surpassed Dragon country China in terms of fatalities in connection with the virus. It is reported that China reported 4634 fatalities os far.
In recent times, India continues to report the highest surge of cases. In the last week, India straightaway reported more than 6500 cases for four consecutive days. Now the toll increased further as India reported more than 7500 for two days consecutively.
India reported 7,964 fresh cases of the virus in the past 24 hours which is the highest single-day surge of cases so far which takes the toll of the total cases in India to 1,73,763.
Talking about the worldwide scenario the total toll of the cases reached 6,033,814 while 366,890 lives were claimed due to the virus so far.
