India to replace China In Population, Are We India Ready?

On the occasion of World Population Day, which we have been celebrating since 1989 to create awareness about the population and various issues related to population, a body of the United Nations made a shocking revelation about the current situation of India as far as the population is concerned and how the future is going to be.
As per the observations of the Global body United Nations, India will surpass the dragon country China in terms of population next year. At present, India has a population of 141.2 crores and China's population stands at 142.6 crores. By 2023, India would overcome China.
For the past few years, there has been competition between India and China in terms of population. Now India came very close to the Chinese population and is all set to overcome the dragon country China.
The population rose in India by a bit during the Covid period with everyone confined to their houses with the lockdown. Now the question is whether India is ready for this or not.
The unemployment rate is already increasing and poverty is also at a problematic level in the country. Amid this, the new report says India would add more population, making the nation the most populated in the world.
The report also says that the urban population will also grow in India and by 2035, the urban population would reach 675 million, while China would be the highest populated nation in terms of the Urban population.
