India to take on Pakistan on its first match in T20 World Cup

Year 2021 is going to be more memorable for the cricketing fans. The schedule and venue of the T20 World Cup 2021 has been announced.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) said the tournament will start from the 17th of October. The UAE and Oman would host the tournament.
India will start it's tournament by taking on the arch-rival Pakistan on October 24. The men in blue will lock horns with the blackcaps for their second match.
Oman and New Guinea will lock horns with each other in the inaugural match of the T20 tournament. The first match of the tournament will be played on October 17.
As per the India' schedule, India would face New Zealand and Afghanistan in its next matches after taking on Pakistan in the first match.
Later, India will be playing two more matches. India's journey in the league stage will come to an end with the Afghanistan match.
