India wins Kabaddi World Cup 2016

India proved its domination with third consecutive Kabaddi World Cup victory by defeating Iran by a margin of 38-29 in the final at the Transstadia, Ahmedabad.
Initially, India maintained a lead with Sandeep Narwal and Ajay Thakur in god form. However, Iran's defensive tactics fetched good results and it soon gained a lead 18-13 by half time.
Coach Balwan Singh's game plan and motivational words during the break worked in favor of India. Ajay Thakur powered India to a lead of 21-20 soon after the Second Half began. Thereafter, India never looked back and kept gaining a significant lead.
Finally, India emerged as an undisputed champions of Kabaddi one more time. Other Nations need to work on their skills and game plans to challenge a powerhouse like India.
