Amid escalating border tensions with dragon Country China in Eastern Ladakh, five Rafale Jets Joined the Indian Air Force, which gives a major boost up to India's capability of Air Power.

As the first batch of fighter jets, five Rafale fighter jets reached the Ambala Air Force Station. A grand ceremonial event followed by an air display of the aircraft was conducted at the Air Force Station.

The Indian government signed an agreement with France for Rafale Fighter Aircraft for nearly four years back. The first batch of the aircraft was landed on July 29

The Rafale Fire Fighter received a traditional 'Sarva Dharma Puja' and a water cannon salute at the Ambala Air Force Station, which is the oldest airbase in the country.

Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and his French counterpart Florence Parly were present at the event. Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat, Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria, and Defence Secretary Ajay Kumar also took part in the ceremony.

After the ceremony, Rajnath Singh held talks with his French counterpart Florence Parly and he invited her to invest in India's Defence corridors.

He took to Twitter to share the pictures of him holding talks with Parly over the investments in Indian corridors.

"Had fruitful discussions with the French Defence Minister, Ms @florence_parly today. We have decided to continue working on identified industrial areas and issues of military to military cooperation. I have invited French manufacturers to invest in India's defencecorridors," Rajnath's Tweet read.
