Indian Army Chief Hints Another Surgical Strike

Army Chief Gen Bipin Rawat feels there is a need for yet another surgical strike on terror launch pads across the Line of Control (LoC) considering the current situation in Jammu and Kashmir. He, however, is skeptical about how it's going to be executed.
Mr.Rawat maintains infiltration at the border continues to happen and appropriate action has to be taken for preventing Terrorists from disrupting peace in the Valley.
